and team/player grading information.

*PLEASE READ ALL INCLUDED INFORMATION CAREFULLY.*
PLEASE RETURN INCLUDED REGISTRATION FORM AND ALL PLAYERS U9 &
UP MUST ATTEND A REGISTRATION DAY TO SIGN THE FFA FORM – This
will be used as player identification on match team sheets by MFL
Fees for 2009 include match fees where applicable (see page 4 of
download).
All new registered financial players will receive a club jacket
so it is important that they attend a registration day so that sizes
can be organised. Also U6, U7 & U8’s will be playing the
Small Sided Format in 2009.
The position of Canteen Manager is vacant, if you can help please
contact one of the Executive.
PLAYER
GRADING DAYS FOR 2009 !!!
All teams starting with under *9's* will be graded where required,
and the final decision for placement of players will be at the discretion
of grading team and the Executive.
Anyone wishing to coach or manage please attend these days also.
*Please note some teams have more than 1 day and some times and
days are set for girls teams only.*

COMPETITION
DATES
The dates provided by MFL are:
• Inter-District 1st Division teams competitions will begin
on the weekend of Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th of March.
• All other junior/All-age, O35’s and women's competitions
will begin on the weekend of Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd & Sunday
3rd of May.
Although the season still seems far off it is still necessary to
have all players registered, graded into teams and everything finalised
ready to be registered with MFL by the first Saturday in March.
SENIOR
INTERDISTRICT TEAMS
Matto Demir has again been appointed as main coach & Mark Turrell
has been appointed 3rd Grade coach for senior InterDistrict teams.
Training will be on Tuesday & Thursday nights at 6.30pm, starting
on Tuesday the 20th of January. Contact Wayne Broadbent on 0413719923
for any information.
GEAR SALES
Shorts and socks will be sold on Registration days if stock is available.
BOOT POOL
The club will run a boot pool again this year; boots can be purchased
for a gold coin or swapped.
If anyone who has any boots in good condition, that they would
like to donate or swap, please take to canteen on registration days
or when open.
Also if anyone has any shin pads they do not require anymore could
the please donate them to club – these will be left in canteen
and used to loan out to people that forget theirs.
COACHES and MANAGERS
Anyone wishing to coach or manage a team please contact one of the
following, A.S.A.P. and complete the appropriate forms. Also please
attend appropriate teams grading days.

CODES
of BEHAVIOUR
All players & parents are required to abide by the rules and
regulations of Swansea Football Club Inc. & MFL.
PARENT/TEAM INVOLVEMENT
A roster system for grounds & canteen duties etc will be run
in 2009. All TEAMS/PARENTS ARE REQUIRED to do these duties.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Club membership for 2009 is $2; you must be a financial member to
vote at all club meetings. Any parent/supporter etc that wishes
to be a full member of the club, please see an Executive Member
to join.
MONTHLY
MEETINGS
Meetings are held at the Swansea Workers Club on the 3rd Monday
of each month at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is more than welcome to attend
and contribute towards the running of YOUR club. To have voting
rights you must be a financial club member (as per the club constitution).
