 Under 9′s - “ The Gunners”

 
Swansea Football Club Inc Two AKA The Swansea Gunners played Valentine/Eleebana  today(24/4/10) at the CB Complex . They had a 1-1 draw. It was a fantastic game, great play and sportsmanship from both sides. Congratulations to Mason for scoring the goal that leveled the game. The Player of the match was really hard to pick as they all played so well, but went to Dane this week. He never let up for a minute and as the 1st goalkeeper had a huge part in the games outcome. It was wonderful to see all the kids get in there and give it there all. Some of our team had never played before and I am sure it was a very exciting experience for them. It certainly was an exciting game for us parents. Great game Leigh, Charlotte, Logan, Mason, Theo, Gabriel, Daniel, Dane and Oliver. Looking forward to Aiden returning next week.
After the game we went back to Harriet and Kyms for a team BBQ. Big THANKYOU to them. Its going to be an awesome year with wonderful team and a terrific group of parents.      GO THE GUNNERS.
